128 of Australia's best DARTS players will be competing in five events over seven days,
including the Australian Team's Championships and Australian Singles. The finest 8 Ladies and 8 Men dart players from all States and Territories are in Brisbane competing in
Australia's biggest darting event on the calendar in 2009.
Players will be out to impress the Australian Selectors at these Championships as at the completion of this week of top class darts 4 men and 2 women will be named to join Rebecca Webster and Harlee Chauntler (Australian Youth Team) in the Australian Darts Team to compete at the Blake Hotel in Charlotte, North Carolina USA at World Cup XVII, Women's World Cup XIV, and Youth World Cup VI from September 23rd - 26th, 2009.
The Australian Darts Championships will be held in Queensland at the Redlands Multi Sports Club in Birkdale from the 24th of July to August 1st 2009.
The day before the start of the Championships (25th of July) the international ranked event the Pacific Masters will be contested. For more information on the Pacific Masters - click here
