Good Friday saw our players nominate to play Singles in the American Cricket event. Everyone enjoyed the format - much laughter and camaraderie was heard and seen everywhere.
Ladies Winner was Jo Hadley (pictured below)
And the Runner-up was Sheryl Rockall

Men's Winner was Scott Krause (pictured below)
Runner-up was Tyler Fitch
3rd was Ian Wise from S.A.
4th was Tony Versace

Following the Singles was Doubles in the American Cricket - the ladies played with and against the men. Because all ladies won the same amount of games the decision was made to divide the prize money amongst these Top 5 ladies. They were Jo Hadley, Sheryl Rockall, Veronica Wilson, Vicki Johnson and Kat Thompson.

Easter Sunday started with the VDC President and his lovely wife (right), Debbie, provide Easter Eggs for everyone.
All the State Executive was in Dress Uniform for this prestigious event.
For the very first time the Ladies & Men's Event was BDO, DFA & VDC ranked.
There was some magic darts thrown by both the ladies and the men throughout the tournament and both finals were a pleasure to watch.

The White Eagle House 501 Challenge Singles was also played for the first time. This unseeded event will be an annual event. Ziggy, the Club's Manager, presented the winners with their prize money.

There was in excess of 300 entries in all events over the weekend and everyone is looking forward to nest Easter when once again we will meet at White Eagle House.
Veronica Wilson, (pictured below) our State Secretary, did a marvellous job putting together all the raffle prizes for over the whole weekend. Well Done Veronica!!
