Results So Far

Tony David's return to big time darts the Netherlands has been successful so far by making the finals of the Doeland Grand Masters, which is being played over the 13th - 15th of December. Tony had a first round win over the Netherlands international Roland Scholten 4 - 3 on the Friday. With two round for him to play on the Saturday, he lost his first match in a very close match with Ted Hankey 3 - 4. This meant he had to defeat Shaun Greatbatch in his last round to qualify for the finals. Tony won 5 - 2, which gave him enough legs to top the pool and join Ted Hankey from their group in the final.

Players in top form appear to be Raymond van Barneveld and Martin Adams who won all of their three rounds. Barneveld, the defending champion was particularly impressive when he won the last round match of the day against the very talented Steve Coote 7-0.
