WINNER
DOELAND GRAND MASTERS 2002

TONY DAVID

Tony David has done it again. Tony has won the 2002 Doeland Grand Masters against the top 16 darts players in the world. Tony defeated the very popular Dutch player Raymond van Barnevald in the semi finals in a very closely contested match. He then mastered the man Tony defeated in the 2002 Embassy Final Mervyn King in another brilliant display of accurate darts. Again this event has highlighted that the longer and more legs of darts are played in each competition, the harder it is to defeat Tony. This is Tony's fourth bid tournament win this year, finishing a perfect 2002. This event has been a great warmup for Tony's defense of his Embassy title.
