The Australian Junior Darts Championships are to be played in Alice Springs for the very first time. In 2006, the Northern Territory Darts Council hosts the Championships in the centre of Australia. This year sees the 25th Championships played in January from the 8th - 14th
and during that time, we will be bringing to you
results, updates and information of events as they come
to hand.

The Championships will be played at the Living Waters School located on the corner of Kramer St and Albrecht Drive. For those visiting Alice Springs for the Junior Darts Championships or driving to the venue each day, the Hall is located 50 metres down Kramer St. (left).
The School is located 5.5kms west of the CBD. You need to travel down Larapinta Drive, until you see the sign for Albrecht Drive.
The entrance to the hall (pictured left) is on the off side to the street. We hope to see plenty of you there.
Congratulation to all of the Players and Officials on your selection in your State/Territory team to compete in these championships. Some of you will have been here before and for some it will be their first time. To the player's competing in their first Championship, good luck and good darting for this Championship and future Championships if they eventuate for you. To those having their last Championships because of age, we all thank you for your past efforts representing your State and hope you all go on from juniors and become the future elite players of our sport.
Several players are back to defend titles they won in Alice Springs. Brie Peters won the Australian Junior Girl's Singles titles and Simone Keogh the Girl's Youth Masters at the last Championships. Both will be seeking to retain their titles in 2006. Robert Carpanoni is back after winning the Mixed Pairs title last year, while players like Dwayne Seabourne will be chasing titles after making finals in 2005
May we at the DFA Website take this opportunity to wish every player the very best of luck and skill. Above all, let sportsmanship prevail and this wonderful sport of ours will grow. Enjoy.
