




Jucinta Dann 15 yrs 2nd year rep: Is playing to a much higher standard this year both in Junior and Senior competitions. Consistently playing to a better than 18 per dart average. Sets her goals and strives to reach them.
Kristine Smith 15 yrs 4th year rep: Struggled early in the season but has worked to find her top form and will want to play well in the Championships.
Teagan Wyatt 15 yrs 2nd year rep: Another player who has had a problem finding form but her determination will help her improve and give it her best shot during the Championships.
Gillian Methven 14 yrs Rookie: Has come along in leaps and bounds and improved her game to where she finished second to Jucinta in the trials. Has great pegging ability and is working hard to improve her counting skills.
BOYS
Gavin Dann 17yrs 3rd year State rep: Gavin broke his wrist early in the year and has missed most of the playing season, however he still managed to top the trials. Although his wrist has been slow to mend should be back in his best form.Sean Methven 17 yrs has come to W.A. from Tasmania .Represented Tassie four times and this is the first time with W.A. Did not show his best darts in the trials but has competed extremely well at a Senior level since coming to W.A. Both him and Gavin will be looking for a 2nd singles title.
Blake Hatchett 13 yrs Rookie. With a Father who was a former State Junior and a Mother who is a current Ladies state player has the grounding to become a top player.Always plays well and although this was his first State trial were not afraid to take it up to the more experienced players.
Deon Wyatt 14 yrs Rookie. Another player from a darts family and the third member to join the Junior ranks. Has the ability to play well as long as he works on his focus and concentration.
OFFICIALS
Betty Hislop 27th Junior Championships: Believes Juniors have to be fostered to protect the future of the Sport and is willing to do whatever it takes to help them.Kerry West 6th year as State Junior official. Always prepared to put in time and effort to support the Juniors.
